The staff was super accommodating to all my needs, even after i requested extra towels late at night. the location rocks, as it's super close to everything i wanted to see. No need for long commutes. the breakfast each morning was amazing, a great way to start the day. plus, the room was super clean. It was really great to come back to after a long day.

The classic double room had a large bed, a small desk, and a tv with international channels. It was really comfortable. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries. there was a hair dryer. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at a great temperature

Breakfast featured a buffet with hot and cold options, including pastries, cereals, and eggs. Everything tasted fresh! the breakfast area offered plenty of seating and was open from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. coffee and tea were available throughout the morning. So convenient

The hotel is near many tourist attractions. It is easy to walk to the opera house. several restaurants and shops surround the hotel. the metro station is just a short walk away. Public transport is super accessible!

the reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day and they are always ready to help, really helpful people! the staff speaks several languages, including english, french, and spanish. they can arrange airport transfers and book tours.

i found the staff cute. jasmine at the front desk greeted me by name each time i passed by (a nice touch!). the location worked well for both walking and metro access to various attractions. i got a quiet night's sleep as well.
i think it might have been due to cleaning products, but it was a bit overpowering.

peeling wallpaperminibar prices
The room i got reminded me of it needed some serious tlc. The wallpaper was peeling near the window and i saw a small crack on the ceiling. it wasn't a complete disaster, but i expect better from a hotel with this reputation. the minibar prices are a little much. Seven euros for a small bottle of water seemed excessive to me. i thought the hotel could offer those complimentary, or at least have more reasonably priced options.
